Our 30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original packaging.

To start a return, email us at support@pawlavish.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll reply within 24 hours with next steps.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, you don't need to send it back. Simply email us a photo of the issue and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately — no hassle, no return shipping required.

Change of Mind Returns

If you've changed your mind, we're happy to accept returns within 30 days provided the item is unused and in original condition. In this case, the cost of return shipping is covered by the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened: grooming wipes, washable pads, and other consumable products. Please check product listings carefully before purchasing.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email when your refund is issued.
