Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from PawLavish. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

To return an item, please email us at support@pawlavish.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond within 24 hours with the return address and step-by-step instructions. Please do not send any items back without contacting us first, as we cannot guarantee processing of unauthorized returns.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: items that have been used or opened, items not in their original condition or packaging, and items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@pawlavish.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
